Tire Kicker ("we") runs automated test shopping trips on Shopify stores and reports what happened. By ordering a test you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
A test sends two AI shopping agents to the store address you give us. Each tries to find a product, add it to the cart and reach checkout. We record the browser session and report where each agent got through or got stuck. The $5 test includes the high-level report; the $99 upgrade adds videos, step logs and suggested fixes for that same test.
Your store, your permission
Only order tests for stores you own or are authorized to manage. By ordering, you confirm you have that authority and agree to two automated visitors browsing the store.
What the agents do, and don't
- They browse your public storefront like a customer: they visit pages, choose options and add an item to the cart.
- They stop at checkout. They never enter payment details or place an order.
- Their visit may appear in your analytics, and may leave an abandoned cart or checkout behind.
- They browse from cloud servers. If your store blocks cloud traffic, the report will say so; that's a real finding, since hosted AI shopping agents browse from the cloud too.
What a report is, and isn't
A report describes two runs at one point in time. AI agents behave somewhat differently from run to run, stores change, and other AI agents may behave differently from ours. The report and its suggested fixes are information, not a guarantee of how any AI agent will handle your store, and not professional development or legal advice. Test your changes before relying on them.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and are charged up front through Stripe. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your report
Your report lives at a private link. Anyone with the link can see it, so share it only with people you trust. We may use anonymized, aggregated results (for example, "how many stores hide their checkout button from agents") in our research and marketing. We won't name your store or publish your report without your permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tire Kicker to test stores you aren't authorized to manage, to overload or disrupt a store, or to get around a store's security. We may refuse or cancel a test, with a refund, if we think it breaks these rules.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, and our total liability for any test is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.
